I’m a licensed mental health therapist (LCSW 28768) in the state of California as well as a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) - Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™

I have 17+ years of experience providing specialty mental health services and have also pivoted to offer niche Mindfulness Coaching for high achieving women and female change makers.

My mission has always been to leave this world better than I found it, and am a firm believer that our species is on the cusp of a revolution of consciousness. Our future depends on our ability to create more regenerative ways of living - which starts internally with each of us.
